The North Carolina Real Estate Exam, Are You Ready??

Are you ready for the North Carolina real estate exam?  It is not easy.  Last month, sixty one per cent of the real estate license applicants that attempted the North Carolina real estate exam passed.  Thirty nine per cent failed.  Maybe not by much.  These applicants will be paying $94 to try again.  After July 1, 2017 they will be paying $164 to try again.  That is an expensive practice run.

This North Carolina real estate exam is tough.  It is expensive to fail. Make studying for the the North Carolina real estate exam a group activity.  Invite your classmates over or meet at the library.  You will all benefit.

Study, study, study for the North Carolina real estate exam.  If your instructor did not tell you that this test is tough, she should have.  It is tough.  It is expensive to fail.
