First Real Estate School is probably the most fun place to take a required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission class post license class.  Every provisional real estate broker that gets a North Carolina real estate license is required to take one post license real estate class before the anniversary of getting their North Carolina real estate license.

The state of North Carolina requires all new real estate brokers to take three post license courses.  When a provisional real estate broker has taken all three of the required courses, they become a full fledged real estate broker.  Until that time, a provisional broker is required to work under the supervision of a Broker in Charge.
