North Carolina Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Statistics for February 2017

     The North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  released the pass fail statistics for the North Carolina real estate exam for February 2017 yesterday.  Three hundred and twenty real estate license applicants took the North Carolina real estate exam in February. One hundred seventy nine of those applicants passed.   One hundred forty one of those applicants will be paying $92 to take the exam again.  That is no fun.  The pass rate last month was 56%.  This North Carolina real estate exam is not easy.

     If you are soon taking the North Carolina real estate exam, overstudy.  Study in the morning.  Study all day.  Study at night.  If you make a grade less than 90% on your real estate school test, you are not ready for the North Carolina real estate exam.

     In February 2017, one hundred and seventy four repeaters took the North Carolina real estate exam for the second or third or fourth or fifth time.  Thirty five of those repeat test takers were happy with their results.  Eighty per cent failed.  Twenty per cent passed.
