Today is October fourth. If you don't already have a blog, go to eblogger and start a blog. You don't have to post anything . Just create the profile and start your blog. If you already have a blog, post a blogpost today.
Run yesterday's expired off the MLS. Write down the owner's names and addresses of the ones you would like to list. Find a phone number for two of the owners on the list of the ones you would like to list. If you feel froggy, call a couple of the expired listings. They are going to list with someone. Add ten names and mailing addresses to your "Who you know" list.

ReplyDeleteOk done! Adding 10 people is definitley getting tougher and tougher , I have to think of everyone I ever knew..lol Called 2 expireds today and actually they were really nice.. 1 of them I have a shot at the other isn't selling because they aren't relocating ...overall its done !
