     Ron Climer is an instructor at First Real Estate School.  Ron has been teaching real estate license classes for a long time.  Ron makes the 75 hour required class as fun and interesting as possible. Ron teaches the material that you need to learn to pass the North Carolina real estate exam.  Stories and fun examples are part of Ron's teaching style.


     The tuition at First Real Estate School is $300.  This includes the text book.  This does not include the license fee paid to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  The North Carolina Real Estate Commission is the agency that issues the North Carolina real estate license.  First Real Estate School is also licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  https://www.ncrec.gov/

     The North Carolina Real Estate Commission contracts with a company, AMP, to give the test that you have to pass to get your North Carolina real estate license.  There is a $64 fee to take that test.  At First Real Estate School, we teach you to pass that test the first time you take it.

       In North Carolina, you have to attend a real estate class live and in person at a North Carolina real estate school.  There is no online real estate course to get your North Carolina real estate license.
