The North Carolina Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Ratio for July 2017

     The North Carolina Real Estate Commission released the pass fail ratio statistics for July 2017.  Four hundred forty eight real estate license applicants took the North Carolina real estate exam in July.  Two hundred fifty seven passed.  That is a 57% pass rate.  Fifty three per cent of the real estate applicants will be paying $164 to take the North Carolina real estate exam again.

     If you are soon taking a test with a 57% pass rate, you must realize that you need to study.  This test is no picnic.
