In Hendersonville, What To Do When You Graduate from Real Estate School

You have done the hard part.  You have graduated from real estate school in Hendersonville, North Carolina.  Last month, only 59% of the real estate exam applicants passed the North Carolina real estate exam.  Read my previous article.

A career opportunity is calling to you.  Please come interview with us at Keller Williams Realty at 404 S. Main Street in Hendersonville.

You remember, in real estate class, we learned how to compute commissions.  The commission split between the company and the new rookie real estate broker is not the same everywhere.  At Keller Williams Realty, we pay an ambitious new real estate broker or an experienced veteran real estate broker the same way.  The new person starts at 70% of the commission that she generates.  This split goes to 100%.  Call me if you need more details.  My phone is 828 755 6996 .

A most important concern that a new real estate broker should have is about training.  Keller Williams Mountain Partners will train a new real estate broker better than than they can possibly get trained anywhere else.

We have a basic training class that we call "Ignite".  You will learn prospecting skills and presentation skills and personal skills.  You will learn how to do all the paper work and other work that it really takes to get a transaction from "Hello" to closing.  "Ignite" is extraordinary to say the least.

It starts at First Real Estate School
Keller Williams has a plethora of advanced training and technical training.  No industry has been changed more than real estate by technology.  I mentioned paper work in the previous paragraph.  We don't use paper anymore. We still call it paperwork.  The way real estate business is done is rapidly changing.  Methods that worked like a charm yesterday are obsolete today.  Technology training is essential and constant.

A pleasant work environment is a bonus at Keller Williams on Main Street in Hendersonville .  Our business philosophy is the wall paper in the lobby.  Win win permeates all of our relationships at Keller Williams.  Agents help each other.  Agents help buyers to find their dream home.  Agents help sellers to get on to the next house.  Hendersonville's Keller Williams office is a very nice place to work and start a new real estate career.

If you are a ambitious new real estate broker, we want to talk with you.  If you are an experienced veteran Realtor that is looking for a new home, we want to talk with you.  Call me at 828 755 6996.

I am waiting for your call.  If you don't have a real estate license yet, we can help you with that.  www.firstrealestateschool.com   Also, Keller Williams will pay your tuition.  Watch this video for those details.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1EpyxI_Gkg&t=49s  If you are looking for a great place to start or continue a real estate career, contact me.
