Real Estate Exam Prep Course

If you have passed your North Carolina real estate school exam, congratulations!  You still have to pass the North Carolina real estate exam given by AMP.  It costs $164 to take the North Carolina real estate exam the second time.  Pass it the first time.

Last month, fifty nine per cent of the real estate license applicants that attempted this test, passed it the first time.  Forty one per cent of the applicants will be paying $164 to try again.

One way for you to find out if you are ready for the North Carolina real estate exam is to take my practice exam at www.ncreexam.com .  This is not only a great practice exam.  It is a learning experience.

After you take the test, I come on video and explain the answers.  I have a practice test for the national portion of the North Carolina real estate exam.  I have a practice exam for the "North Carolina" only portion.  You have to pass both portions to get your North Carolina real estate license.  You can share the above link with your classmates.  Take my practice test BEFORE you go take the $164 AMP test in Asheville.
Paass your real estate exam the First time

Here is a suggestion.  Make passing the North Carolina real estate exam a group effort.  Share the above link with your classmates.  Share any helpful information that you find with your classmates.  If you bought the "Guide to Passing the AMP Real Estate Exam" from our website at www.firstrealestateschool.com ,  share that link with your classmates.  If you wasted your money on some bad stuff on the internet, let your classmates know that too.

With my practice test, you can invite several of your classmates over and take the practice exam together.  Watch the videos together.  You can take the practice exam as many times as you like.

Here is another suggestion.  Invite a few of your classmates over and watch my free You Tube videos to help you with the real estate math.  There is no math on the North Carolina real estate exam that I don't have on You Tube.  Here is an example.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4b78lDQtfE&t=411s   Many real estate instructors teach the real estate math waaaaaaay too fast. I teach it slow.  You don't have to raise your hand in front of twenty friends if you don't understand.  Just hit rewind.

I have received thank you letters from students from all over North Carolina thanking me for providing the free You Tube real estate math videos.  The North Carolina real estate exam is 15% arithmetic.  It is very difficult to pass if you can not amortize a mortgage or compute the seller's net check at closing  or tell the buyer how much cash to bring to closing or compute per cent of profit or compute interest or determine value when given capitalization rate and NOI or determine square feet of a house with a bay window.    I have a video posted for anything that is on the exam.

Tell your classmates about the free math videos.  Make passing the real estate exam a team sport.  Before your real estate class is over, get the contact information for your classmates.  Share information that you find online.  The North Carolina Real Estate Commission  has a website that is full of information to help you pass the exam.  www.ncrec.gov   Who would not appreciate information to help them pass?

After your classmates pass the North Carolina real estate exam, call and congratulate them.  Working together, studying together is a good thing.  Watching my You Tube videos together can be fun.  Please leave a comment at the end of this article.  Tell us some study methods that work for you.

If you are anywhere near downtown Hendersonville, First Real Estate School at 404 S. Main St.   would love to help you get your North Carolina real estate license.  828 440 1064

Pass Fail Ratio for The North Carolina Real Estate Exam for April 2017

Six hundred and seventy five real estate license applicants paid to take the North Carolina real estate exam in April.  Four hundred and twenty eight of those real estate license applicants passed the North Carolina real estate exam.  That is a sixty three per cent pass rate.  That is the best pass rate that the North Carolina Real Estate Commission has reported in twelve months.

When an applicant takes the North Carolina real estate exam, it comes in two parts.  There is the national section where they test you on things like sections and ranges and townships that we don't use in North Carolina.  There is the North Carolina section where they test you on things like the Conner Act that is unique to North Carolina.
First Real Estate School in Hendersonville, North Carolina

An applicant has to pass both parts of the North Carolina real estate exam or pay $92 to take it again.  That $92 is going to $164 July first 2017.

If a real estate license applicant does have to take the North Carolina real estate exam again, their pass ratio is 22%.  That is:  One thousand nine hundred and fifty four people took the North Carolina real estate exam in April for the second or third or fourth or fifth time.  Four hundred and fifty three passed.  That is 22%.  They all paid $92 to be there.  One thousand five hundred and one of those repeat test takers will be back paying this fee to the testing company to take the North Carolina real estate exam again.   www.northcarolinaexamreview.com

Would you like to hear some good news?  In the last twelve months, this 63% pass rate is the best pass rate for the North Carolina real estate exam for twelve months.

If you are soon taking the the North Carolina real estate exam, over study.  Study all the time.  Do not underestimate this exam.  Study your textbook.  Read your textbook.  Do the questions in your textbook.  Listen to your instructor in class.  Some people expect their instructor to be the most interesting man in the world.  It is very difficult to make the three kinds of deeds as interesting as Facebook.  There is nothing on the exam about your Facebook page.  Work at listening to your instructor.  When you are in class, quit daydreaming.  Pay attention.

Read "Real Estate Licensing in North Carolina".  This little free booklet tells you exactly what is on the North Carolina real estate exam.  Here is a link to a video to better explain that.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZFPZGo_DJ4&t=427s   and tell you how to get this booklet for free from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Watch my free You Tube videos if you need any help with the math that is on the North Carolina real estate exam.  There is no math on the North Carolina real estate exam that I don't explain in one of my videos. Here is a link to one of the videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3TtXSnMx9s  The North Carolina real estate exam is 15% math.  If you are planning on passing the North Carolina real estate exam without being able to do the math, you better plan on paying $92 to take the exam again.

Invite several of your classmates over to join you watching math videos.  That will be fun and beneficial.  Studying together is good.

If you think you are ready for the exam, take my free practice test right here on this blog.  Take this test a couple of days before your real test.  If you don't pass my practice test, KEEP STUDYING.

Please do not underestimate the North Carolina real estate exam.  It is not easy.  It is expensive to fail.  If you are anywhere near Hendersonville, North Carolina, First Real Estate School would love to have you as a student.  Contact me at www.firstrealestateschool.com
