North Carolina Real Estate Exam Pass Fail Statistics for June 2016

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission released the pass fail statistics for the June North Carolina real estate exam.

Five hundred North Carolina real estate exam candidates paid $64 to take the North Carolina real estate exam in June.  Three hundred and twelve
First Real Estate School in Hendersonville, North Carolina
passed.  That is one hundred and eighty eight
applicants that will be back down at the PSI test
center paying $64 to take the exam again.  That is a 62% pass rate.

In June, one hundred and seventy three repeat test takers took the North Carolina real estate exam for the  second or third or forth attempt.  Forty three of the repeat exam applicants passed.  That is a 25% pass rate for repeaters at the North Carolina real estate exam.

Please, if you are soon taking the North Carolina real estate exam, do not underestimate this exam.

Study like it is the most important thing that you have to do.  Read your text book.  Do all the practice real estate exam questions that you can find.  First Real Estate School has a free practice test online at http://rondclimer.blogspot.com/2015/04/real-estate-practice-exam-for-north.html

Watch my free real estate math videos to help you with the math that is on the North Carolina real estate exam.  There is no longer a HUD 1 closing statement to balance but there is still plenty of math on the exam.  You still have to compute interest.  You still have to compute excise tax and before tax cash flow.  You still have to compute a commission.  You still have to determine how many acres in a rectangular lot.  If you don't know how to do these things, you could easily be in that bottom 38% of applicants that take the exam more than once.  Watch my math videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMdJ-2iHepM

Any arithmetic that is on the North Carolina state exam is on my videos
