The North Carolina Real Estate Exam , A Tip To Pass It The First Time

There are several things you can do to be certain that you pass the North Carolina real estate exam the first time.  It is important to pass the first time.  It costs $64 to take the North Carolina real estate exam every time you take it.

One of the most important things you can do to be certain you pass the first time is to schedule  the North Carolina real estate exam as soon as possible after real estate class is over.
Mary Massie and Tom Mosher have already passed the state exam

I finished a real estate class at First Real Estate School in Hendersonville on June 26.  I had urged the students to apply for their background checks long before real estate class was over.  One hundred per cent of the class took my advice.

When the real estate class was over on Sunday morning, one class member set a North Carolina real estate exam date for July 2nd, the following Saturday.  He sent an email to the class letting them know that there was another slot open on Saturday.  One of his classmates got that slot at the Asheville test center.  He and his classmate passed on July 2nd.  Another classmate got a test date for July 6th.

The nature of the North Carolina real estate exam is that you learn things that are on the North Carolina real estate exam that you may never use in real life.  If you don't use it , you lose it. You start forgetting the things I teach you the minute you leave class.   If three or four weeks elapse between your real estate class graduation and your North Carolina real estate exam, you are going to forget how many acres in a section or what "matched pair analysis" is.  http://rondclimer.blogspot.com/2016/06/comparative-market-analysis-on-north.html

Get to the North Carolina real estate exam as soon as possible after you leave real estate school.  In order to do this, you have to order your background check before  real estate class is over.  There is a fee for that.  Do not wait until you have passed the real estate school test to order your background check.  It takes several days.  Have it finished before class is over.

I am flabbergasted and amazed at the advice that some people give potential North Carolina real estate exam candidates.  I am equally amazed at the advice the candidates dream up and give themselves.  I am certain this is your best advice.  The sooner you get to the North Carolina real estate exam after real estate school, the more likely you are to pass.
