Real Estate Thirty Day Income Increase Challedge October Third.

    Today is October third.   Run yesterday,s expired listings off the MLS.  Write down the owner's name and address of the ones you would like to list.Write these owner's names and addresses on a sheet of paper like a legal pad.    Add ten names and U.S. mailing addresses to your "who you know" list.  Write this list out with a pen or on your computer . Find a phone number for one of the owner's on the expired listing list. Did you ask a co worker where they found their last listing?  You are probably suspecting that soon or later , I am going to ask you to send a piece of mail to this "who you know" list.  You should have thirty names so far.  Why don't you start compiling that letter.    After you have complied with these instructions, post a comment on this blogpost.  Has it become difficult or is it still easy?  How much time have you spent complying with these instructions? Did you see a prospect yesterday?  Today is Friday.  Read my previous post.  Call all of your listings and ask them to either raise the commission to 7% or lower the price or both.

  1. Ron, ok 5 new expireds, added 10 more added. I've gotten listings this year from referrals, just sold post cards, for sale by owner, and in bound call "remax brand"
